In order to promote Clearing Members participation in improving the functioning of the Iberian derivatives market, proposing and testing new solutions, OMIClear established, in September 2006, a Clearing and Settlement Committee.
This Committee regularly meets three times a year and each Clearing Member is entitled to appoint one representative. The Settlement Agents do not have a seat on the Committee.
