The Calendar 2023 for the Portuguese Auctions for Guarantees of Origin was published, where OMIP is the entity responsible for the management and operation of the auctions. So far, more than 40 TWh have been sold between July 2021 and December 2022. The next auction will take place on February 8th of 2023 with na offer of 4 TWh between solar, wind, hydro and thermal technologies.

On the 14th of September took place the 12th Auction for Portuguese Guarantees of Origin (GO-PT). The volume sold was 3,3 TWh distributed among solar, wind, hydro and thermal technologies. 23 entities participated, with a maximum value of 3,85 €/MWh being reached in lot 4 – Wind of July 2022.
